I was finally able to put together some of the photos and videos from our trip to Chicago! Advertisements
Last weekend Gran Margie took the kids to Keeneland to see some horses and bet on some races. Apparently Lydia was pretty good at picking the winners! Alden looked so adorable in his jacket and tie. And he was so excited for me to take his photo … all dressed up. Lydia…she looked adorable but […]
I’m sure she is a very nice coach, but why does the other teams’ coach have to stand right in my way as my son tries to score his first (shared) goal! I like how Alden and this girl on his team are both pushing each other to try to score the goal. I don’t […]

I’m trying to work with Alden on his baseball mitt and catching. He thinks he’s supposed to hold the mitt in one place and I have to throw the ball directly in. He doesn’t quite get that moving around to catch it, is part of the fun. Oh well. And I know I’m a little […]
He’s now officially a little too big for the cozy coop. But he keeps trying. And yes, I know, my girls’ pants are hanging a little low. We have the hardest time with droopy pants around here! 😉
…using a drill. Sounds a little strange but they were fixing their beds before they decided to switch over to playing doctor. Alden getting his four-year-old shots obviously made a lasting impression. Tonight he was giving shots to his (and Lydia’s) stuffed animals. Lydia was there for moral support!
